Appointment policy
When plans change.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full appointment rate to the client rather than the insurance company.
Monday appointments require notice by Friday. Call 1-800-571-8276 as soon as possible, and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
